The Roadrunner Series AM-µLED 0.1″ microdisplay features a 2.5 μm pixel pitch and a pixel density of up to 10,160 PPI, delivering 800×600 high-resolution display within a compact 0.1-inch form factor. Supporting refresh rates of up to 480 Hz, it provides next-generation AR near-eye displays with greater information density and an enhanced visual experience. Based on this microdisplay, JBD has further developed the 0.18 cc X-cube polycrhome projector — Roadrunner II. While enabling high-resolution full-color display, it further reduces the size of the optical system, freeing up valuable space within AR glasses and helping full-color AR glasses evolve toward lighter, thinner, and more comfortable form factors.
