We are seeking professionals and individuals with relevant experience across many disciplines in III-V/III-Nitride semiconductor processing engineering, Semiconductor device physics, Materials science and engineering, Electrical & electronics engineering, IC design, etc.
1. Responsible for performance analysis of RGB MicroLED devices, new structure design and optimization of MicroLED devices
2. In charge of process integration of RGB MicroLED micro display chip, and complete the formulated tape out plan
3. Mass production introduction of the new RGB MicroLED structure
Qualifications:
1. Doctor degree, microelectronics, optoelectronics, physics, materials or relevant majors
2. Rich research experience in semiconductor device and strong scientific research ability
3. Able to work under high pressure, have a good sense of responsibility and teamwork.
4. Excellent English
1. Design experiment: design process parameters, write process steps, plan monitoring points, test contents and schedule
2. Track tape out, complete the tape out plan within the target time, and make a summary report on the tape out process
3. Collect and analyze process abnormalities, propose and verify solutions
4. Optimize single process and debug parameters to achieve expected process effect
5. Arrange backend packaging and testing
6. Collect, sort and analyze data, and assess the tape out’s results
7. Timely response to the progress of tape out and report their results
8. Put forward the improvement plan and optimize the next process of tape out
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, microelectronics, materials, chemistry or relevant majors is preferred
2. Solid professional knowledge
3. Able to work under high pressure, have a good sense of responsibility and teamwork
4. Excellent English
1. Participate in technical discussion, propose solutions to process problems and evaluate its feasibility
2. Be able to independently establish new process experiment scheme, analyze experimental results and draw conclusions
3. Participate in equipment process parameter testing, abnormal analysis, improve yield, etc.
4. Analyze and improve the process abnormality of the station to ensure the normal operation of the production line
5. Assist other departments to complete the process testing and verification of the station and put forward reasonable suggestions
6. Fully evaluate the project plan and promote the project progress
7. Evaluate, check and accept station’s machines
8. Assist in the query of yield and loss, and put forward improvement plans targeted on them
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, electronics, physics, materials, chemistry or relevant majors
2. Solid professional knowledge
3. Background knowledge in semiconductor physics, process devices or IC design
4. Able to work under high pressure and flexible deal with Emergencies
1. Product reliability test and analysis
2. Monitor the supplied materials’ KPI, deal with abnormal supplied materials, audit and evaluate supplier
3. Implement process abnormality warning/stop line, lead in countermeasure, and track to the closed loop
4. Prepare / revise / review / issue system documents, and operate and maintain internal management system
5. Handle, track and close customers’ abnormal quality cases, and promote internal improvement
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, electronics, physics, materials, chemistry, quality management or relevant majors
2. Solid professional foundation, fast learning ability, and strong interest in quality work
3. CET-4 in English, fluent oral English is preferred
