JBD MicroLED displays use traditional inorganic LED light-emitting materials, with a service life of tens of thousands of hours, and operated in the harsh environments with a wide temperature range of -40 ℃ to 85 ℃ and high relative humidity (up to 90% RH).
The MicroLED process used by JBD utilizes traditional LED materials and silicon-based CMOS backplane. The technology adopted is a mature semiconductor process, which is fully suitable for large-scale production. Similar to the traditional semiconductor manufacturing the cost gets lower with higher volumes. JBD's 0.13” display is in mass production and we are shipping large volumes to support our customer's product launches and pilot production.
