Descriptions：

1. Find and prevent abnormalities in advance and handle quickly to prevent defective products from flowing into the next process, and ensure the quality in process
2. Check and supervise defective products’ impact on product quality during the manufacturing process, carry out patrol inspection on time, and pay attention to special processes or stations that would easily cause accidents.
3. Implement emergency measures after abnormal conditions happened, isolate defective products, follow up and carry out corrective and preventive measures, and track abnormal cases to the closed loop.
4. Supervise the implementation of inspection at each station and suggest on inspection standards
5. Manage process changes and monitor the implementation of changes
6. Update the inspection documents regularly, as well as train and assess the inspectors.

4. Proficient in quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and can use them in practice
5. Master the knowledge and application of quality analysis methods such as 8D
6. PQE experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
7. Strong internal and external communication and cooperation abilities
8. Be able to independently coordinate with internal and external departments to complete the analysis and settlement of customer complaints, able to draw 8D report, and sustain the case with conclusion
9. Positive and serious working attitude, excellent communication and coordination abilities strong psychological ability and teamwork awareness

1. Design experiment: design process parameters, write process steps, plan monitoring points, test contents and schedule
2. Track tape out, complete the tape out plan within the target time, and make a summary report on the tape out process

Descriptions：

1. Ensure the quality of raw materials provided by the suppliers, and regularly feed back the problems to suppliers about the materials' quality defects and require them to make improvement
2. Track and confirm the supplier's improvement report and implementation effect, and implement on-site audit, inspection and coaching if necessary
3. Formulate the inspection specification and inspection plan of the incoming inspection department, and provide training and guidance timely to the inspectors
4. Participate in the evaluation and release of suppliers’ initial samples

6. Familiar with ISO9001/ QC080000/ISO14001/TS16949 quality management system, with independent internal audit, supplier audit and external audit experience; Able to adapt to the requirements of frequent business trips, good psychological endurance and teamwork awareness
